Jodie Foster

Even when Jodie Foster has been earning since she was a child, it was not until in 1976 when she was recognized for her acting talent. She is known for her role in the Taxi Driver as a teenage prostitute where she got various recognitions. Later on, Jodie Foster played roles in Freaky Friday and Candleshoe. In the ’90s, Jodie was critically-acclaimed for her award-winning performance in Silence of the Lambs. Her role earned her Oscars. Aside from acting, Jodie Foster wanted to take her career a degree higher and ventured into directing where she founded her own production company Egg Pictures. She directed Little Man Tate and Money Monster.

Foster experienced career setbacks in the early 2000s, including the cancellation of a film project and the closing down of her production company, but she then starred in some commercially successful thrillers. She has focused on directing in the 2010s.
