Berry manages to stay in shape for her career and her health. She is currently preparing for the role of an MMA fighter, and in her preparation, she shifted her workout routine to an MMA-style.

She’s been doing a high-intensity workout for four hours each day, and some of her routines include boxing, yoga, and stretching. She also does intermittent fasting and keto diet.
