With several iconic roles under his belt, you would be hard-pressed trying to find a person who doesn’t know who Tom Hanks is. Hanks is both an actor and a filmmaker with films grossing by the billions! You read that right. Tom’s films have grossed more than $9.96 billion worldwide, making him the fourth-highest-grossing actor in North America. Aside from the fact that he won’t need any cash loans in the foreseeable future, he has also received dozens of awards and recognitions. In 1995 he won the Best Actor award for his role in Forrest Grump and Philadelphia in the Oscars

He might have already been in the industry for more than four decades, but retiring is still very far from the actor. Fans would be thrilled to know that he will star in at least two upcoming films.
