Boy George
Boy George is known for being a singer-songwriter, photographer, fashion designer, and producer. He was popularly known for being a member of the band Culture Club who reached the height of their career in the 1980s with hits like Do you Really Want to Hurt Me, Karma Chameleon, and Time.
Mainly the center of attention due to his striking and extravagant appearance, George would enjoy a continuation of success through his solo career from the late 1980s and through recent years. His solo career would be a series of successive commercial wins, album after album, hits after hits, across the US and England. A Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording was also to his credit during the 1990s. In recent years he has appeared as a panelist on Australia’s version of The Voice. In 2018 he went back to England and now manages a small record label, working closely with up-and-coming talents.
