Rick Springfield
Rick Springfield is an Australian actor and musician known for being a former member of the band Zoot. As a solo artist, Rick became known for his 1972 hit single Speak to the Sky. He would then move to the US and produce his Grammy Award-winning song Jessie’s Girl in 1981. Rick would then successfully follow this up with four more hits, Don’t Talk to Strangers, I’ve Done Everything for You, Affair of the Heart, and Love Somebody. With his acting career, he would make similar successful strides.
Rick made his debut in the series The Six Million Dollar Man in 1977. He would then continue with successive TV appearances on shows The Hardy Boys, Wonder Woman, and Saga of a Star World. He would achieve a good degree of success through the 1970s and 1980s with these shows. To this day, Rick continues with his career, both in the music industry and his acting. He still performs on stage and is set to star in a couple of films slated for release this year.
