Macaulay Culkin
Macaulay Culkin is perhaps one of the most well-known child actors in Hollywood History. He started in the industry at the young age of 4 during the early 1980s with a theater role in Bach Babies. He soon transitioned into film and TV by earning acting credits in The Midnight Hour, The Equalizer, Rocket Gibraltar, See You in the Morning and Uncle Buck.
However, in 1990, Culkin skyrocketed into superstardom after bagging the lead role in the uber-successful Home Alone. Here he was awarded the Young Artist Award as well as the American Comedy Award. A year later, Culkin starred as the Wish Kid and would get the honor of hosting the famous sketch show Saturday Night Live. In 1994 Culkin would reprise his role in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. After the sequel’s success, Culkin then retired and stepped away from the limelight to live everyday life. While on hiatus, Culkin focused on his studies but later made a comeback in 2003. In his most recent projects, he started a comedy website, Bunnyears.com, and appeared in various internet shows.
